Rule-based availability of possible shipping methods

Not all products available in the webshop are approved for all countries or shipping methods due to TPD2 regulations and the necessary age visual inspection. Our webshop determines the availability of shipping options for your order based on the delivery country, items in the shopping cart and shopping cart value.

Accordingly, certain shipping options may no longer be available under certain conditions. Please see the individual shipping method section below for more detailed information.

We are still testing these rules and the new shipping methods and there may be occasional changes.

General information about delivery time

The delivery time starting from the time of ordering differs depending on the shipping method and delivery country. You can find more detailed information about the respective shipping methods below. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed on the same or the next working day.

Please understand that unpaid orders will be canceled after a period of 10 days.
We always try to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday can only be processed on the following working day.

Transfer of risk

The transfer of risk takes place when the ordered goods are handed over to DHL. "SMtec GmbH" assumes no liability for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. In the event of externally visible damage, the customer must immediately complain to DHL and send a corresponding report to "SMtec GmbH". The shipment must always be left in the condition in which it was when the damage was discovered.
